Option 1: Laptop repair pickup/delivery

Our pickup delivery service is available Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding public holidays.

The cost for this is just £25

In order for us to complete your repair, you will need to supply additionaly to your faulty laptop, the following:

We use professional couriers who have years of experience carrying laptops. Please check upon collection that all necessary parts are present, and ensure that the laptop is packaged safely and securely for transit.

We will be in touch with you and stay in touch with you throughout the repair process, either by email or telephone.

Option 2: Posting your laptop for repair

If you wish you may post your faulty laptop to us for our free fault diagnostic service, please post to:

Please include when posting your laptop for repair/diagnosis, a brief description of the problem/fault you are having and your return address / contact details, please also include any system/driver recovery disks, and passwords.

Please print our laptop fault diagnosis form... and include it when sending in your laptop for repair.

If you are sending in your laptop for our free diagnosis service and after the fault has been diagnosed, you do not wish to continue with the laptop repair, you only need to pay £ 10 + VAT return postage.
